Everything, the place is beautiful but pls pls, they must fumigate the cockroaches. It's a nice, quiet place away from lots of people, away from the traffic.

Sooo close to the Harbour
Quiet Area - safe walks in the evenings and mornings
Away from the traffic - very serene
Convenience of Ushaka Marine World, public transport, beaches, new promenade upgrade
Cyclists safe
Suitable for business, leisure, family trips
Ocean basket and its awesome food - they never disappoint
Central Town also easily accessible
MSC cruise terminal 10 min by car.
