Welcome to Beach Mews,
Stunning Townhouse located directly across the road from the beach with panoramic views of Hout Bay harbor, Kommetjie, and Chapmans Peak.
Upstairs there is a spacious open plan lounge, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. Leading off the lounge through sliding doors is a view balcony with a bar table and chairs and a gas braai.
Downstairs there is an entrance hall, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two courtyards, one of which has a table and chairs and Webber braai. The complex has a splash pool and secure underground parking.
Positioned within easy reach of everything Cape Town and the Cape Winelands has to offer.
Included is a domestic who will come in twice a week, DSTV and Wi-Fi.

We have always loved Hout Bay.

The braai facilities, the views, the sound of the ocean...there were many special moments. The location is very convenient and close to all shopping centers. The harbor and restaurant comes highly recommended.
