Seagull 514 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Seagull Holiday Flats complex set on the Margate beachfront, overlooking the Margate Main Beach.
The unit is presents rustic furniture and a beach type of style. There are 33 stairs leading to the unit.
Seagull 514 can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower in bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds and a shower with a toilet and a washbasin. Linen is supplied.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a dining table and chairs. The lounge contains a comfortable lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with an Open view decoder. The living area opens to a private balcony with outdoor dining furniture and a built-in Braai.
Guests should bring their own beach and bath towels and toiletries. There is no Wi-Fi available.
There is 1 free parking bay for each unit, additional parking and trailer parking can be arranged at an additional fee.
The Seagull Holiday Flats complex offers a large communal infinity pool, braai facilities, and secure parking. There is a children’s playroom with a giant chess set.
Please note that the pool at Seagull is currently unavailable due to a leak being detected and we are not sure when this will be fixed
Please note that there is a once off admin fee of R450 per booking and a refundable breakage deposit of R1000.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
