+/- 100 m from sea & sand you will find Unit 4, in the small Springvale complex which only has 4 units.
This unit is well equipped, neat and clean. It has a spacious, covered veranda for outdoor living. Inside you will find a open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Kitchen: 2x fridge/ freezers, hob, eye level oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery. Braai facilities: Webber & built-in charcoal braai. Pool fenced and gated. DSTV & Wi-Fi Capped @ 10G is supplied. Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer.
This unit sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms, serviced by 3 bedrooms. (Max 6 Adults and 4 kids under 10). All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. All bedrooms have large build in cupboards, hangers and ceiling fans.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 is down stairs and has a queen size bed, the down stairs bathroom has a basin, toilet and shower. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are upstairs with 1 Queen, 1x Double and 2x Bunk beds. There are 2 upstairs bathrooms, 1st with shower, toilet and basin, 2nd with bath, toilet and basin. All upstairs bedrooms open onto a balcony overlooking the pool.
The unit is situated across the road from the beach. It is an easy walk to the main beach. The complex is wall and gated and the unit has security gates on all windows and doors. Each unit has garage and 1 open parking. Service providers look after the pool and garden, but the unit is not serviced, book a maid with the local cleaning agencies.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.
PEAK SEASON: Please note the options during the following period: Dec & Jan.
Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 – 7 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.

The safety and clean beach.
Safe swimming beach. Beautiful lagoon. Well maintained and clean.
Maree is a top class cook, she made us feel very welcome. The small touches from the welcome platter to bedroom chocolate treats are amazing. Her kindness was endearing The accommodation and service staff are top class. The village is beautiful and if you get a chance, have a sunset with Alf who has many interesting stories or get him to take you for a walk in the local conservation area. Thank you for a memorable stay we would love to come back.
A haven of peace and tranquility. Good for the soul.
Small community. Away from the maddening crowds. Wonderful for families with small children, who can play on the shores of the lagoon. Very laidback. Be prepared to cater for yourself - only 1 or 2 restaurants/cafes.
