Welcome to Raithby Winelands Historical Cottage,
Situated on the edge of the historic village of Raithby, with clear views of the majestic Helderberg, the hamlet of Raithby Vines lies nestled amongst the vineyards of Post House and Ken Forrester just off the R44.
A historical cottage with character dating back to early 1900 was originally part of a large farm. The cottage forms now part of Raithby Vines Residential Estate which was totally restored in the spirit of the original cottages erected in Raithby.
The Cottage with a beautiful shady patio overlooking the vineyards and the Helderberg mountains has two bedrooms - room #1 and #2 - with a separate bathroom with shower, toilet, heater and basin, which are shared between the two guest rooms. The cottage has no kitchen/kitchenette, a bar fridge & Tea and coffee facilities are available in the cottage.
The owners of the cottage, Christine and Peter and their dog live here and have their own private space in the main house. The cottage is away from the main house under a majestic oak tree with beautiful gardens and water fountain.
Peter has a discerning palate for great wines. His private cellar can be shared at an additional charge with visitors that are wine enthusiasts.
