A breathtaking two bedroom apartment situated within a 4 star hotel & overlooking the lagoon and beach, 10 minutes drive from the centre of Cape Town. Guests will have direct access to the bar, restaurants and pools within the complex. & the apartment is also within walking distance to the lagoon and beach.
This self catering apartment is like a home away from home and is equipped with everything you need from comfort to luxury. When entering the apartment, you will find the kitchen on your left, which is fully equipped with modern equipment including a coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dry combo. You will then be lead into the lounge, which has an L-shaped couch facing the flat screen Smart TV & another couch facing the lagoon.
137A Lagoon Beach is ideal for business travellers, couples, friends and families and has a six seater dining table to bring everyone together and take in the relaxing views of the lagoon while having dinner with your friends and family.
The main bedroom has a king bed with wooden floors, built in cupboards , ceiling to floor curtains, a wall-mounted television, air conditioning and beautiful views of the lagoon. The second bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning and built in cupboards.
Guests will have access to both pools within the complex, one is located on the rooftop of the hotel and has beautiful views of the ocean and of Table Mountain, the second pool is located on the ground floor and is also a stone’s throw away from the beach front.
Please note that no children under 12 can be accommodated in this apartment
Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.
As well as a non-refundable R300 meet & greet for check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and weekends after 18:00 (6:00pm)
