Welcome to Casa Tierra!
Just over an hour drive from Cape Town, come and enjoy a peaceful breakaway at the quiet seaside town of Yzerfontein.
This beautifully decorated self-catering holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests in total. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located downstairs, each with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 and 4 are located upstairs and share a bathroom downstairs. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and bedroom 4 has two single beds.
The house features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining space and a lounge area that opens up with large stack doors to a covered patio at the front and back. There is an indoor braai/entertainment room with large windows that provides a wrap around view of the beautiful, natural fynbos, Dassen Island, the coastline andTable Mountain in the distance.
Just a short 3 minute walk to Pearl Bay beach & 6 minute drive to the main beach or grocery store.
Whether your ideal holiday includes riding waves, building sea castles, long walks on the
beach, a boat trip out on the ocean for the catch of the day, soaking up the sunshine with a
book in hand or enjoying a delicious meal - this can all be done while staying in this stunning
white wooden beach house Casa Tierra.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. There is an additional cleaning fee of R 350 and an additional refundable breakage deposit of R 1 500 that is NOT included in the quote.
2. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking, prior arrangement only, at an additional fee per dog.
3. The house is wheelchair friendly and can be accessed by making use of the concrete pathway and the back patio doors, get in touch to discuss any particular wheelchair requirements before booking.
