In the Village of Zinkwazi we have a beautiful security estate not far from the beach; it is known as Nkwazi Ridge Estate. The Estate is tranquil and safe. It is ideal for walking and for children to ride their bikes under parent’s supervision. There is a clubhouse, a pool and a tennis court to which guest have access.
317 Nkwazi Ridge Estate is an ultra-modern, spacious, newly renovated private home. This house is well equipped and will offer you a safe and comfortable family holiday. This double story house is located very close to the pool, picnic spots under the trees around the pool, clubhouse and tennis court. 317 has a lovely lawn for kids to play also large verandas and balconies and the entire house open onto these spaces. The house has DSTV, Wi-Fi and is serviced. There is a large built-in braai with easy access to kitchen and dining room. Security: 24h security guards strictly control access to the estate and the estate is walled and secured with electric fencing. Laundry: washing machine & tumble dryer. Double garages are available, and open parking within the boundary of this property.
Bottom floor: The large and spacious living area include a lounge, dining room, kitchen and scullery. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, a large side by side fridge/freezer and all crockery and cutlery. On the bottom floor you will find 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with King Size bed this room has access to its own bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom has a King size bed and is on-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin.
Top floor: Here you will find a reading corner and 3 Bedrooms serviced by 2 bathrooms. 1st bedroom has a king size bed and it has an on-suite bathroom with bath, toilet, basin and shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The 3rd Bedroom has a Kind size bed. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom with toilet, basin, bath and shower.
All bedrooms have AC, large built-in cupboards, hangers, linen, bath and beach towels are supplied and open onto balconies or verandas. The top bedrooms also have TV’s in some of the rooms.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Daily staff levy: R285. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement: Dec & Jan.
Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27thor 28th of Dec.
Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27thor 28th of Dec.
Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 – 7 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.

The safety and clean beach.
Safe swimming beach. Beautiful lagoon. Well maintained and clean.
Maree is a top class cook, she made us feel very welcome. The small touches from the welcome platter to bedroom chocolate treats are amazing. Her kindness was endearing The accommodation and service staff are top class. The village is beautiful and if you get a chance, have a sunset with Alf who has many interesting stories or get him to take you for a walk in the local conservation area. Thank you for a memorable stay we would love to come back.
A haven of peace and tranquility. Good for the soul.
Small community. Away from the maddening crowds. Wonderful for families with small children, who can play on the shores of the lagoon. Very laidback. Be prepared to cater for yourself - only 1 or 2 restaurants/cafes.
