Balooga 7 is a self-catering holiday apartment situated in Margate. The unit is located in a secure complex and offers great sea views. There is a communal swimming pool available.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms and 1 separate bathroom , and an open-plan kitchen and living area with air con. The main bedroom contains a double -size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, third and fourth bedrooms contain 2 single beds each . All bathrooms are fitted with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer are provided, and there is also a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV.
The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area which has an outdoor patio set and a gas braai. A parking bay is allocated to this unit, and visitors parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a swimming pool in the complex with a beach gate which leads down to the beach at Lawrence Rocks, which is 20 m away. Margate main beach is about 200 m away.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
