This privately owned family run Resort in East London offers nothing fancy but tasty home cooked meals, clean, cozy accommodation, conference and function options, all with amazing views in a beautiful natural setting. Gulu is 14min from the East London Airport, 30min drive to the ICC East London, Harbour and 25min From Mercedes Benz offices in Greenfields.
We offer 8 en-suite units, sleeping 2 guests per unit and 2 self-catering units sleeping 4 guests per unit. Each unit consists of a - Shower only, TV (Openview decoder), Air conditioner, Microwave, Bar fridge, Coffee Station and a Private entrance. All TV's are HDMI compatible. For bigger group booking, alternative accommodation can be provided. We do not offer amenities in the rooms so please bring your own.

We offer amity and tranquillity after a long flight or a busy day. Beautiful views of the river and garden. Guest are welcome to make use of the neighbouring farms running trails. Kidds Beach is only (7km) 10min away with splash pool and very nice restaurant with beautiful sea views. The Avalon Market is every first Sunday of the month.
