There is an Open view decoder in the unit, fully furnished with a balcony and secure, undercover parking for 1 vehicle. The sleek, modern kitchen gives you a sense of home.
The communal pool, tennis court, kid’s play gym, and communal braai area are added amenities to enjoy at this seaside escape.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
