Welcome to Sound of the Sea,
A very well equipped and comfortable self-catering holiday home set on a slight incline with an amazing sea view. There is nothing in front of the home to spoil your view of the sea!
This beautiful holiday home is within walking distance to the beach. When you have had enough swimming in the sea there is also a splash pool at the house to enjoy on a hot summer's day.
The house consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each, while the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Both bathrooms have a shower and a bath. Full DSTV is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double-door fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is unfortunately no washing machine, but there is a laundromat a short distance from the house at the little shopping centre.
There is a braai outside the kitchen under cover, as well as a large covered patio in the front of the house with adequate patio furniture so you can really enjoy the outdoors.
Under cover parking behind a well fenced property is available. Good security for your convenience.
Please note there is a R 500.00 refundable key and breakage deposit to be paid, which is only refunded after the home has been checked and cleaned.
