This is a popular one bed terraced cottage.
Right at the heart of De Waterkant, this newly restored property retains the historic layout with a funky colour scheme and modern design.
A great place to "work from home" or use for leisure, traditional pavement steps lead you to the sunshine-yellow front door and raised red terrace. The open plan living area and kitchen face Waterkant Street, with plenty of light from the front sash windows. The fully fitted kitchen, with concrete work tops, white bricks and yellow ceiling, has seating for two.
An olive feature wall wraps around the living room and along the corridor that connects to the bedroom with aubergine, grey and white colour scheme, ceiling fan and overlooks the private couryard.
The same corridor opens onto a blue study area with French Windows to the brick paved courtyard with outdoor shower, seating and colourful wall art. The stylish grey tiled bathroom, with concrete sink counter, has a large shower, again overlooking the outdoor area.
This property is serviced and, separate to the accommodation rate, there is free WiFi.

Easy access to everything, and many things only walking distance around to enjoy, including the promenade, Green Point Park, Virgin Active gym, V&A water front, Cape Town stadium, Long street and the Green Market square. also many great restaurants and coffee shops near by.
Best sleep I have had at a backpackers in years. Decor and staff are notably excellent. I will be back.
