Most of the apartments have a full sea view of the Margate Main Beach, but an economical option could be an apartment without a sea view at the same location.

Seabrook is a very nice place, my stay was in the Penthouse suite situated on the seventh floor of the building which my family and I were fortunate to acquire. Situated conveniently right across the road from the Margate Beach, with supermarkets, pubs fast food outlets and restaurants, all within walking distance from Seabrook. I think my timing for the holiday was out, as from the second day of our stay we started feeling sick and returned to Johannesburg earlier than we should have. My whole family was diagnosed with Covid 19.
REAL UNFORTUNATE.
We didn't have water because of the KZN floods.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
