This well-maintained, 4-sleeper apartment is situated in an upmarket luxury block of flats in Strand, and is located in a peaceful environment with vast sea side views.
The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen and lounge area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. DStv connection with holiday package channels is included. The kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering needs and includes a washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher. The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, while the other bedroom has two 3/4 beds. You also have access to a private balcony with a seating area, and there is secure parking for one vehicle.
Cleaning services can be arranged at an additional fee.
Additional amenities include a communal swimming pool with a wood braai area on the ground floor within the complex. We are within walking distance to beach front, restaurants, McDonald's, Ocean Basket, KFC and shops. Strand hosts one of the safest beaches in the area with Strand golf club just around the corner.
Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
