This holiday home is a fully equipped for a self-catering holiday. Offering features like free WiFi, a full bouquet of DSTV, a gorgeous heated swimming pool, not one but two inside BBQ areas and an outside fire pit. This home away from home will allow you to unwind and relax on your holiday.
The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and features a scullery, SMEG coffee machine and enough space to cook up a storm. The lounge is beautifully furnished and features an inside fireplace creating the perfect ambiance for a relaxing holiday.
The main bedroom comprises of a king size bed, flat screen TV and has a en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath and his and hers basins. The second bedroom comprises of a queen bed with a desk and an open plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. The third bedroom boasts 3 x ¾ bunk beds, a desk, bean bag chairs and an open plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. The loft space offers an open plan fourth bedroom comprising of a queen size bed and a beautiful wooden desk. This wonderful home also boasts a gym studio with an en-suite bathroom. Guests are more than welcome to make use of the wood provided for the late summer evenings.
Atlantic Beach Golf Estate sits close to the area of Melkbosstrand, where you can discover a large number of popular restaurants and cafés, such as Seafood Lapa, Cafe Orca, Die Damhuis, Castella Amare and more. The estate is additionally along the R27 highway, which takes you to the picturesque Blouberg Private Nature Reserve and the Koeberg Private Nature Reserve.
