This beautiful airconditioned 5-bedroom a home is the epitome of luxury and comfort and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, ideal for holidaymakers or business travellers.
The ground floor features a spacious open plan design with an 8-seater dining table and lounge with a built-in fireplace and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with WiFi and Netflix for relaxing movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for effortless self-catering and partially separated from the lounge area. Upstairs, this incredible home has an additional full kitchen, dining area and lounge with another flat-screen TV, providing ample space for all guests to relax in groups or separately.
Each of the 5 bedrooms is spacious, boasting a large window for ample natural light as well as a headboard and daybed in matching luxury fabrics. There is one king bed, three queen beds and a double that is all extra length to ensure a great night’s sleep. The home has 3 spacious and beautifully designed bathrooms, 2 with a shower and the last with a bathtub/shower combo.
A notable highlight of this home is the upstairs semi-enclosed balcony, complete with casual seating and a built-in braai/BBQ - it doesn’t count as a true holiday without a delicious traditional South African braai. Additionally, guests can spend warm days sun tanning in the manicured garden before taking a dip in their private swimming pool.
When you’re ready to explore, Bloubergstrand is well known for its beaches that are perfect for surfing and kitesurfing. The beaches also showcase breathtaking views of Table Mountain and Robben Island, while an array of ocean-facing restaurants and attractions add to the enchanting atmosphere of this wonderful seaside suburb. For guests that want to explore the exciting city centre (located just a 20-minute drive away) and more of Cape Town, the MyCiTi Bus route is the perfect way to travel like a local.

The beach.
Dining out, walking on the beach.
They are not far from shops even if I use Uber it's not expensive.
It is quiet and serene. The beach is easy to access and many people run on the beach or next to it. A great place to visit if you enjoy being active. Also, a very dog friendly place. I would recommend Mozambik for a relaxed meal, but be prepared for noise: it is a very popular location! Both Table Mountain and Robben Island are visisble from Blouberstrand. with Uber, you can get around pretty easily to just about any location.
The beach
We want to thank Marko and his team for their friendliness and welcoming us with open arms on the 4th of July 2022. He gave us a tour through the apartment and made sure that we had all the things we need. The apartment was well cleaned and had all the equipment needed. It is walking distance to the beach and there is a lot of restaurants to choose from in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it for anyone. Sunset court will definitely see us again. Thank you Marko for everything.
