Welcome to 28 Silhouette - Margate
This awesome holiday apartment is located on the Margate beach front and promenade. It has a spectacular balcony view of the Indian Ocean and beach. It is located on the 6th floor and only has stairs access (no elevator). Not wheelchair friendly.
The apartment offers 3 bedrooms. The main with a double bed, and 2 rooms with a tri-bunk (double & single). The apartment can therefore sleep 6 adult and 2 children.
In addition there are 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath.
A fully equipped kitchen with all the normal appliances including a front loading washing machine. The lounge has a 50 inch HD flat screen TV and Family Plus bouquet on DSTV. The main bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen TV.
On the balcony you have access to a Gas braai and outdoor seating, perfect to watch the sunset.
In the complex there is a communal pool and braai facility area. Private entrance to the beach/promenade area. 1 Shaded cloth parking with a communal area for trailers.
Please Note that the complex is currently under construction, with scaffolding being erected and work being done to the outside of the building.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES - Not included in the quote to be paid to host directly with the balance.
R900 - Admin Fee.
R1000 - A Refundable Breakage Deposit. The breakage deposit is refundable within 30 working days of departure, either in full or less any deductions for any bank charges, call-out fees, shortages/damage or breakages.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
Beachfront accommodation was very nice

I won't visit again unless I have my own car to drive to a nearest and decent shopping mal

There is so much to see and do in Margate
Margate is a small little town with a variety of day and night life. Everything one needs is in walking distance wherever you are in Margate.
Beach , nearby stores and restaurants.
I enjoy to spend the holidays with my friends and family.
