Villa 10422 is a relaxing two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, located in the incredibly desirable San Lameer Estate, Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal.
Enjoy spacious and comfortable living in an open-plan ground-floor unit, with a cosy lounge and TV with Dstv in the living area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher). The unit also has air-conditioning in the two bedrooms. From the living area, the villa extends to a covered patio with a braai and gorgeous views of the golf estate. Take note, the unit has a couple of steps downwards towards the unit.
One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has two single beds. The two bathrooms consist of a standalone shower in one and a bath/shower combo in the other. For your convenience, UNCAPPED WIFI is included from the comfort of your villa. The villa has lovely views of the golf estate.
