Area Information:

There is more to Stellenbosch and the wine country than just grapes and oak trees; the historic town boasts fine dining, loads of art and culture, a vibrant nightlife and plenty of outdoor activity.
There are several "official" wine routes in Stellenbosch and many unofficial ones too. You could even try exploring the area on your own but it is highly recommended that you try at least one of the "official" routes first since they are designed to give you a good understanding of the area which will make it easier for you to find your way around by yourself.
The Cape Winelands are renowned for their golfing activities throughout the year, the lush green golf estates are a golfing paradise for fanatics across the globe.
Stellenbosch is rich in fun holiday activities and leisure amusements for the entire family. The large amount of Wine Estates in the region is an obvious allure for tourists, but most aren't up to date with all Stellenbosch's holiday activities.

Property Facilities:

Safe off-street parking, Internet and Wi-Fi facilities, e-mail, faxing, printing and typing, Planning of tours and individual itineraries, (golf/whale watching/wine estates etc), Airport transfers/car hire arranged, Lounge with fireplace, Bar lounge, Outside patio (under oak trees) / rooftop terrace with views, Very special breakfasts, In-house same-day laundry service. Health and beauty services are arranged by appointment (massages/facials etc).

Attractions:

There are a few amazing Vineyard hikes in and around Stellenbosch. Experience the beauty of the vineyards, the mountains and the fresh air and pick a few grapes to taste. Attractions in (or near) Stellenbosch: Assegaaibosch Nature Reserve, Burgerhuis Museum, Butterfly World - the largest butterfly park in South Africa, Cape Winelands Biosphere Reserve (CWBR). Helshoogte Pass, one of the most loved and travelled roads in the Western Cape, links Stellenbosch with the Drakenstein Valley, a scenic pass that transports one over the saddle that separates Simonsberg from the Jonkershoekberge and wends its way past fruit farms and vineyards en route.
Hottentots Holland Nature Reserve, Jonkershoek Nature Reserve which lies in the Jonkershoek Valley just above Stellenbosch, Wijnland Auto Museum, The Toy & Miniature Museum.
