Welcome to Stay Salty,
Our cosy apartment has a relaxing holiday feel to it, private and the area is very quiet and safe. Small apartment block consisting of only eight apartments.
Situated on the ground floor with secure parking. Within five minutes walk to Strand beach, public pool, shops, restaurants and all other amenities. Golf, hiking, horse riding, putt putt and fishing are all activities that can be enjoyed in and around Strand and the neighbouring areas. Close proximity to Gordons Bay ,Somerset West, Stellenbosch (wine routes), on route to N2, Airport. Beautiful renowned scenic drive from Gordons Bay to Hermanus.
Uncapped WiFi available to enjoy all your movies, series and more. UPS available for uninterrupted WiFi during load shedding. Smart TV available to enjoy Netflix, Showmax or those Zoom meetings. Radio stations available on Smart TV via internet. Netflix available. Emergency bulbs in all lamps for load shedding times. Gas bottle and kettle to cook or have a lovely cup of tea/coffee. Electric frying pan, slow cooker and bar fridge provided in kitchen. Large fridge/freezer and stove/oven provided in dining area for longer stays. Blankets are available for colder nights and days. Queen size bed available. Roller blinds to enjoy a good nights rest and one in the lounge to watch movies in the dark. More than enough packing space for a long stay,wall to wall bedroom cupboards, chest of drawers x 2, writing bureau with drawers and a low cabinet in bathroom with drawers/cupboard below, cupboard space in dining area with oak dresser. Only hand towels are available. Please bring along beach and bath towels. Washing machine available in bathroom including drying rack. Smoking is allowed outside the apartment. No children or pets allowed. An initial amount for water and electricity will be covered by the owner. A minimum stay of 2 nights allowed. Breakage deposit R500 for short stays and R1000 for long stays. We are available for long stays a month and longer at a discounted rate of 40%.
