This apartment is modern and comfortable and centrally located in Umhlanga on Lagoon Drive. The open plan layout allows you to have great light and space. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with all the necessities for visitors. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer. The open plan lounge leads onto a small outdoor patio, perfect to relax and enjoy a sunset.The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the enclosed porch has one single bed.There is also a family bathroom. The unit comes with duct air conditioning . There is one lock up garage Not suitable for the elderly, babies or toddlers as there are stairs to climb.
There is also a communal pool situated on the premises. There is a neat play area for the children near the pool area where the children can play while Mom and dad relax. The building has 24 hour security guards and the ever vigilant UIP is always around
Public Transport and taxi's at your doorstep with easy access to beaches, shopping centers, restaurants and the Airport.
