Welcome to Shabay Villa 13,
Sha Bay Villas 13 is a beautifully furnished, beachfront, 2 bedroom apartment, on the 1st floor of a secure complex in Manaba, with breaker views of the ocean.
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom with 2 singles with ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted for self catering including a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and washing machine.
There are two bathrooms, of which the one is en-suite and is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet, and the 2nd bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet
The comfortable lounge suite has seating for 4 and a flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as an open view decoder so should you wish to watch DSTV you will need to bring your own decoder, smart card and cables with. ( no PVR/Explora). It is also fitted with a ceiling fan.
The balcony has a small braai and a patio set seating 4, with stunning sea views.
The complex is secure and is walled with a remote controlled automated gate, and one undercover parking bay is allocated to this unit. The complex also boasts a swimming pool and a braai area as well as an allocated parking area for trailers.
The main swimming beach is a short walk away and the ocean is across the road, merely 50m away, with restaurants and shops within the immediate vicinity.
All linen is provided, just bring with your own beach and bath towels.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 is payable before arrival, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
