Welcome to Valley View 1,
Valley View 1 is a modern, duplex 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, town house unit which sleeps 6, situated in Ramsgate. Although it has no sea views the apartment is only 1km from the beach and has a lovely tranquil garden with it’s own splash pool and is pet friendly with permission.
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed and has an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.
The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the third with two singles. These two bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet.
All bedrooms are on the first floor and are fitted with ceiling fans.
The modern kitchen with granite tops is fully fitted for self catering and includes a microwave, fridge and stove and a nook with seating for 3. There is also a washing machine in the garage.
The lounge suite is tastefully decorated and has seating for 6 and a flat screen TV with an open view decoder provided for your use, so should you wish to watch DSTV you will need to bring your own decoder, smart card and cables. ( not PVR/Explora compatible ) There is a also guest toilet off the lounge.
The garden area is fenced off and has a braai pit as well as a splash pool. There is a covered patio off the lounge with a patio table and 6 chairs as well as a Weber braai provided for your use. The unit also has a garage as well as extra parking for one car.
Although there are no sea views, the beach is only 1km away and restaurants, shops and other entertainment are all in the vicinity.
All linen and bath towels are provided, just bring your own beach towels.
Please note that there is an admin fee of R925 that will be added onto your quote

Everything about the place I absolutely loved and enjoyed.
Ramsgate has the most beautiful beaches and we love the Blue Lagoon restaurant and Waffle House little complex. The people are friendly even at the local Spar.
Everything was close and convenient in Ramsgate.
Wish we had more time here. It is beautiful and not too rushed (at least out of season).
Beaver Creek coffee plantation, Wagon Saloon and the Waffle House are definite must visits.
