Welcome to St Estian 1,
St Estian 1 is a modern, beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit less than 30m from the beach in Ramsgate North.
The main bedroom is fitted with a king size bed. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and bunk bed. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and are on the first floor. The main bedroom has an en en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet.
The lounge has comfortable seating for six and is fitted with a TV with full DSTV- Explora, (no need to bring with or hire decoder)
There is a dining room table seating 8 off the kitchen, which is modern and fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge and microwave.
There is a built in braai and patio table and chairs for your use. Beautiful sea views from all rooms and lounge.
The unit is also fitted with an alarm and one garage plus one visitor’s parking is allocated to this unit.
Bath towels and all linen are provided, just bring with your own swimming towels.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 is payable before arrival, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.

Nice, small cozy town, close to the sea..
Had a lovelly time at our accommodation. Beautiful with an amazing view❤️😍
Everything about the place I absolutely loved and enjoyed.
Ramsgate has the most beautiful beaches and we love the Blue Lagoon restaurant and Waffle House little complex. The people are friendly even at the local Spar.
Everything was close and convenient in Ramsgate.
Wish we had more time here. It is beautiful and not too rushed (at least out of season).
Beaver Creek coffee plantation, Wagon Saloon and the Waffle House are definite must visits.
Beach and Restaurants.
Surrounding areas, people are friendly and mostly the beach.
Ramsgate is a small and quiet town with so much to do. The beach is clean and have beach markets and restaurants on the beach. I love it! Will never go somewhere else for my holiday. Children are save and easy to keep them busy.
