Right at the heart of De Waterkant, this newly restored property provides a perfect central location.
Located on the first floor, you enter via an outdoor staircase which has a small seating area next to the front door. A corridor, with dedicated desk area, connects to the open plan living space and separate bedroom. This room, with ceiling fan, has a sliding glass door and benefits from windows looking across the colourful village properties and Signal Hill. The bathroom is open plan and has two sink areas, shower and seperate toilet.
The stylish air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen area take full advantage of the great angled corner aspect of this property with juilet balcony windows opening out onto village views. You can also see Table Mountain, above the neighbouring properties, from the comfortable colourful suede sofa and dining area. The fully fitted modern kitchen stretches along one wall back towards the corridor.

Easy access to everything, and many things only walking distance around to enjoy, including the promenade, Green Point Park, Virgin Active gym, V&A water front, Cape Town stadium, Long street and the Green Market square. also many great restaurants and coffee shops near by.
Best sleep I have had at a backpackers in years. Decor and staff are notably excellent. I will be back.
