Our Lodge offers comfortable self-catering accommodation for individuals, couples, families, or larger groups. Situated within the Dinokeng Big Five Game Reserve, please note the Conservation fees for the Reserve are not included in the accommodation.
We have 7 Rooms that make up our main house with en-suite bathrooms and can accommodate 19 people, these rooms all have private entrances that are not adjoining and are accessed from the Garden.
We also have a Private 2 sleeper Rondawel and 2 sleeper Chalet that is sold separately from the other 7 rooms. Each room is equipped with a fridge, air conditioner, kettle, microwave, and a 1 or 2 plate cooker. Each room also has a safe.
In Room Facilities:Each room has an en-suite bathroom, each room is equipped with Air-conditioning and safe. Each room is also equipped with a fridge, Microwave, 1 plate cooker and has a coffee station in the room. All rooms are Non-smoking. The Rondawel and the Chalet are equipped with a TV and DSTV.
Area Information:We are situated in the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve and the area is Malaria free. 97 km from O.R. Tambo International Airport and 102 km from Lanseria International Airport.
Property Facilities:We have a large upstairs Lapa offering a 180-degree view of the bush, a pool, Boma for braaing, a Lounge, and a kitchen for shared use. The boma is ideal for evenings in front of the bonfire surrounded by the sounds of nature. During the day guests can take a 6 km self-game drive on the Honey Lodge property or enjoy lazy afternoons in the child-friendly solar heated swimming pool. From the pool, guests can enjoy beautiful views of the bushveld. The lodge, as well as the Dinokeng Game Reserve, is a bird lover’s paradise, and guests at the lodge can enjoy the bird hide.

I enjoyed the self-game driving, though I only saw 2 of the Big 5's next time I'll use the Game Rangers drive... I also loved the picnic sighting the food there it's very nice and tasty...
Very clean and excellent availability of all needed, restaurants, food etc.
We saw lions, giraffe and rhino on the first day there
