Blending modern day technology with traditional style décor; this home utilises a home automation system that operates lighting, audio, central air conditioning and other features from a controllable smart device.
The downstairs living space consists of a spacious formal lounge that sits adjacent to the downstairs splash pool which lies attached to the formal dining area. The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with a multitude of self-catering appliances including a coffee machine, coffee grinder and 2 microwaves. The stove is a combination of gas and electrical with a gourmet oven.
The scullery contains a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and leads out towards the domestic quarters. The domestic quarters can accommodate your own domestic or au-pair or if you prefer, a live-in cook can be provided at an additional charge.
There is a wooden seating deck area just off the kitchen, alongside the downstairs splash pool. A wine cellar and the double garage can also be accessed on the ground floor.
One of the 4 bedrooms is located on the ground floor, this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a little patio overlooking the garden.
The double volume entrance has a massive staircase which flows up onto the second lounge area. This upstairs lounge area has a giant flat screen and decorative ceiling fans. Just outside the TV lounge, sliding doors open out onto the entertainment deck area where the second pool is located, as well as an undercover outdoor lounge suite and an 8-seater dining table. A built-in braai, ice-maker and mini bar fridge equips this area for an ideal entertaining experience.
The main en-suite bedroom is lavish with a flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet and some sea-views. The bathroom is pristine, with his and hers basins and a shower and bath tub.
The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath tub and shower. One of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV, the other a fully stocked book shelf.
