This modern studio apartment located on the 7th floor of the Blackbrick apartment building is strategically situated in Cape Town Centre, allowing you access and proximity to local attractions and sights. 800 meters from the Cape Town Convention Centre and 900 meters from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, making it the perfect departure point for everything the city has to offer.
Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.
As well as a non-refundable R300 meet & greet for check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and weekends after 18:00 (6:00pm)
