The Abalone Guest House is the perfect place to break away from the hustle and bustle of city life and to experience the luxuries of peace and serenity.
It is situated in Jacobsbaai on the West Coast of South Africa, halfway between Saldanha and Vredenburg. It is a beautiful seaside village, sometimes referred to as the "Namaqualand of the West Coast". It has a 2km coastline with rocky and sandy bays which edge against a deep-blue ocean.
Only 145km (1½ hours drive) from Cape Town. It is centrally situated to explore the breathtaking West Coast region and its attractions.
It has the effect of bringing one back to the things which are important and lasting in life.

The accommodation, the host Malinda, and Jacobs Bay were all beyond expectation. You will not be disappointed if you chose to stay at Abalone.

Very cozy and lovely room, the bed is comfortable and the duvets is thick and warm. It is the Best place to Just break away. The owner is so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is absolute fantastic.

It was an amazing experience with the warm friendley West Coast style hosting. If i get the chance i shall definetley go and visit Liezl again.

Peaceful, friendly people and very clean
Beautiful coastal town - stunning views!
It is such a neat and quiet and relaxing town.
Very quiet little town - not much to do but to relax. A nice SPAR or decent shop would be nice.
Quiet, quaint and beautiful West Coast!
Everybody is so friendly. We had coffee at the coffee shops, ate at restaurants. Johan from Togreyersvlei wedding venue took us to all the lovely places, the food and all the friendly people were amazing, thank you, we will be returning, again.
