This cosy and spacious self-catering townhouse ideally located in the secure Luwandla complex in St Lucia, approximately 1 km from the beach and within walking distance of all town activities, shops and restaurants.
The townhouse can accommodate up to 8 guests, perfect for larger families, and contains 3 bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4. The room has use of a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has a breakfast bar with stools. The spacious lounge contains a TV with OpenView channels. The living area leads to a spacious enclosed private patio with outdoor dining furniture, and a built-in braai overlooking the lush gardens.
The Luwandla complex has a sparkling communal pool to cool down in. Secure parking is available on the premises. The complex is located opposite an indigenous forest with warthogs, red duiker and monkeys. Watch hippos graze around the gardens, surrounded by an abundance of bird species and tropical vegetation.

We went to St Lucia Villa Mia 5 to recover after operation. Absolutely beautiful place. Our own private braai area right at pool. Due to my medical condition we could not go out but our hosts arranged food delivery for us from nearly all the restaurants in St Lucia. One night there was guests that were intoxicated and loud. We informed our hosts who in return got the caretaker at the property in minutes and he resolved the issue. Will definitely book again. Thanks to the workers at Villa Mia that were always willing to run and get us something we needed in town. It felt like home and we will always remember our trip. Next time we will definitely visit all the attractions that St Lucia has to offer.
