Chesapeake Bay 40 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Chesapeake Bay complex overlooking the beach in Margate, and close to various shops, restaurants and amenities.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed . The second bedroom contains 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. The bathroom contains a bath, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a 6-seater dining table with chairs . The lounge area contains a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV. Clients need to bring their own bath and beach towels, standard Dstv decoder, not the Explorer, and smart card with their connection cables. The living area opens to a balcony .
The Chesapeake Bay complex has a communal swimming pool, a children’s jungle gym, a tennis court, and communal braai stands. Secure parking is provided on-site.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
