This property offers 2 units suited for 3 guests each. Both units are furnished with 1 queen-size bed and a single bed. These units feature an open-plan design and each has a separate bathroom and kitchenette. Granaat’s bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, while Num-Num’s bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and basin. All linen and bath towels are provided. These items are of good quality white linen.
Both units have a living area with a dining table and a kitchenette equipped with an induction plate, bar fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. For guests’ entertainment, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels are also available. Outside the units, guests have their own patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities.
Guests are afforded secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate. The property spoils with a beautiful garden where guests can fully relax and read a book. The town is surrounded by and forms part of the Kamdeboo National Park which also includes the breathtaking Valley of Desolation.

Graaff-Reinet, a town that will capture your heart, is situated on the banks of the Sunday River. It was originally a trading post from the Cape Colony. Graaff-Reinet is an attractive town steeped in history with interesting architecture, an art galleries and a museums. If you love history and old buildings, you’ll love Graaff-Reinet. The town has more than 200 heritage sites, so there’s lots of history to be explored such as the imposing Dutch Reformed church that presides over the quaint Karoo Heartland town. After experiencing the history of the town you can explore eccentric little hamlets, sprawling farmsteads and interesting nearby towns. The Valley of Desolation and the Kamdeboo Nature Reserve are places that you must see.
The Great Karoo with Graaff-Reinet as the heart is a natural wonder, full of wonderful rocky outcrops, ridges and cliffs with a landscape characterized by low rainfall, arid air and cloudless skies and a rich ecosystem. The Karoo is a land of extremes, the winter days are crisp and cold with blue skies and bright sunshine while nights are clear with wonderful starlit skies. In summer, it is hot and sunny, which is occasionally interrupted by spectacular thunderstorms that will leave you marveling at the wonder of nature. The clear night skies are studded with countless stars and huge bright planets; even other galaxies are visible with the naked eye, offering some of the best star gazing in the world.

Such a wonderful place, steeped in historical and natural interest. Museums, National Park and nearby Owl House.
Picturesque town, Reinet House Museum is a great stop, dinner at Pioneers, Nieu Bethesda to see the Owl House is worth the drive.
