Hook, Wine and Sinker is an exclusive 4-bedroom luxury house within the Championship Pezula Golf Estate in Knysna. Enjoying beautiful views of the estate, golf course, and the ocean, Hook, Wine and Sinker is perfect for a group or family of 8.
The multi-storey home offers guests 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and a lounge that opens onto a large, covered patio with sliding doors and an indoor braai.
The main bedroom has views of the ocean and mountain, with French doors leading to a small balcony on both the mountain view and sea view side, where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or an afternoon sundowner. This room also offers direct access to the swimming pool and garden and is equipped with a conditioner and coffee-making facilities.
The other bedrooms have various views and are furnished with comfortable queen-size beds and share the use of 2 bathrooms with baths and showers, as well as a separate guest toilet. There is also a separate, private lounge leading off these rooms, featuring comfortable seating and an additional television.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge/Freezer, tea and coffee facilities, breakfast bar and ice machine. The dining room has a 10-seater dining area opening onto the garden, patio with an outdoor built-in wood braai, separate gas braai, comfortable seating and an inviting swimming pool.
The living room has comfortable seating, an air conditioner, a fireplace for the colder nights and a TV with DStv and Netflix, opening onto the enclosed patio. The patio has a built-in braai and comfortable seats overlooking the neighbourhood, golf course and the sea in the distance.
