Chesapeake Bay 12 is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor unit that sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. ( However there are steps to get to the unit from the parking area so it is not wheelchair friendly)
The main bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed, the second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the third bedroom is fitted with 2 bunk beds. All bedrooms are fitted with premium linen and there are floor standing fans in each bedroom. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The 2nd bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with large double door fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer combo, as well as a small kitchen nook with seating for four.
The comfortable lounge suite seats 5 and is furnished with a flat screen smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi and DSTV compact bouquet. There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large patio overlooking the sea. There is also patio furniture and a built-in braai for your use.
There is a coin operated laundry as well as a swimming pool, tennis courts, children’s play area and braai area in the complex and a carport is allocated to this unit, with visitors’ parking.
There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30m away. Margate’s main beach and fishing pier is a short walk away.
All linen is supplied including bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
