Seagull 411 is a self-catering holiday apartment located in the Seagull Holiday Flats complex in Margate. The apartment is furnished with rustic furniture and a beach-type of style.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Each bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is an additional single bed in the lounge area. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and a washbasin. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, and cooking utensils. There is a breakfast bar with stools as well as a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge offers seating and a TV with Openview channels. The living area opens to a covered balcony with outdoor furniture and beautiful sea views.
Please note that the pool at Seagull is currently unavailable due to a leak being detected and we are not sure when this will be fixed
There is 1 free designated parking bay for each unit. Additional parking and trailer parking can be arranged at an additional fee. Various braai areas and a coin-operated self-service laundry facility are available on the premises. Enjoy the wonderful view of the main beach while relaxing in the communal infinity pool and enjoy the giant chess set.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
