La Mer 8 is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor unit that sleeps 6 with amazing sea views in a secure complex in Margate.
The main and second bedrooms are fitted with double beds, and the third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a bath, shower as well as a toilet and basin and the 2nd bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The unit has a modern and fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as a dining table that seats 6.
The lounge has a comfortable lounge suite which seats 5 and has a flat screen TV with Wi-Fi with a second seating area seating 4.
There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large patio overlooking the ocean. There is also patio furniture and a gas braai supplied for your use.
There is a swimming pool and basement parking as well as extra visitors parking provided as well as a lift for your convenience from the basement area.
There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30m away and Margate’s main beach and fishing pier is only a short walk away.
All linen is supplied including bath towels. please bring your own beach towels with.
All shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
