Sealandra Sands 14 is a beautiful, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, first floor unit in a secure complex off Marine Drive, in Ramsgate North.
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed as well as an airconditioner whilst the second and third bedrooms are fitted with a double bed in each as well as ceiling fans. The forth bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed as well as a single bed. The main en-suite bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin, and the forth bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.
A leather lounge suite provides seating for six as well as a flat screen TV and DSTV connection, but please bring your own decoder, cables and smart card as the TV does not work without it, or else you can hire a decoder from the local supplier in Margate. (not PVR or Explora compatible) Two ceiling fans are fitted for your comfort in the lounge area.
The unit is also fitted with unlimited Wi Fi ( fibre ) for your entertainment.
The unit is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a kitchen nook seating six.
There is a large semi enclosed balcony off the main bedroom & lounge with sea views.
A large patio table seating six as well as a kettle braai is also provided for your use, so you can listen to the waves crashing even if it rains.
The complex boasts a swimming pool, including a toddler splash pool, as well as beautiful landscaped gardens.
A lockup garage is allocated to this unit and there is extra parking for visitors as well as trailer parking.
Direct beach access via a beach gate, with the beach only about 30m away.
Shops and restaurants are all within the immediate vicinity.
Linen and bath towels are supplied, please just bring with your own swimming towels
