Scorpio Guest House is situated 125 km from Cape Town in Vredenburg on the West Coast, near Paternoster, Saldanha Bay, Jacobs Bay, Langebaan and St Helena Bay. Experience tranquillity in a safe environment while using us as a base to explore the beautiful surroundings in the area.
Accommodation is offered in 2 self-catering apartments, Libra and Taurus. Libra is a one-bedroom apartment and Taurus is a two-bedroom apartment, each with their own private bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle and a toaster, a breakfast bar with stools, and a lounge area with a TV with local channels. Both apartments have remote-controlled air-conditioning.
The guest house offers a communal lounge and dining area, as well as indoor braai facilities. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Outside, there is a sheltered swimming pool, and a garden area with outdoor furniture. Remote-controlled lock-up parking is provided. A laundry service can be arranged on request.

Vredenburg is a town on the Cape West Coast located 12 km from the coast at Saldanha Bay on the Cape Columbine Peninsula 138 km from Cape Town. "Vrede" is the Afrikaans word for Peace. Vredenburg is surrounded by Fynbos, wheat fields and dairy and sheep farms. There are a great selection of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs to choose from.

Lovely place. We had the self-catering apartment. Private, stunning. Peaceful, central to anywhere you may want to go. Staff and owner, exceptional. Will definitely go back. Value for money!!!

This guest house is the best we have ever stayed in. It is clean, comfortable & no detail has been overlooked to give its guests the the best experience possible. Best breakfast ever!
The time spent was well worth it. The accomodation was fantastic, the breakfasts were scrumptious and more than enough. The hostess Hettie, was phenomenal.She really went out of her way to ensure that my wife and I were comfortable etc. She also was very concerned about my wife's health, because my wife arrived not feeling well, suffering from a tummy bug. I woke Monday morning to see that my car had a puncture, before I knew it, Hettie had got tools out of her car and was busy loosening my wheel. Hettie is a fantastic person, and an exceptional host ! I look forward to spending some more time at Scorpio Guest House ! I will definitely recommend Scorpio to my friends !
