Amazing staff from reception through to dining areas. Central location. So easy to get to CBD or Nothern suburbs from the Century City area. Secure parking offered and of cause a quick walk to the Canal Walk Mall.
The quality of service delivered at this hotel is outstanding and always approached with a smile from the staff. Definitely a hotel i will use again and again and again. The suite was spacious enough for my young kids to enjoy themselves and make themselves at home. I liked the fact that we had two bedrooms which made it feel like our home away from home. the location is quite centrally located in Cape Town and you have easy access to highways and shopping malls.
Staff is very flexible and 24 hours. The location is great you can take the good canal walk and have access to several places. The internet speed was great and I liked the restaurant. The sleep was good.
My stay at the hotel was amazing, from the staff to the food! Everything was of top quality.
WIll definitely go back :)
