The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room includes an indoor braai/BBQ), a wood-burning fireplace, and a full kitchen with a gas cooker, dishwasher, wine fridge, and coffee machine among other great perks. There are 2 wooden decks: the main one with views of False Bay and mountains and a smaller ‘breakfast’ deck looking towards the mountains. The penthouse contains a 55-inch LCD TV (Netflix) with a soundbar.

The family-friendly Sand Dune ground-floor unit consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan kitchenette/living area. Pringle Bay is a picturesque seaside town situated between Betty’s Bay and Gordon’s Bay, in the Overberg region of the Western Cape.

Nestled at the foot of Hangklip Mountain, Pringle Bay forms part of the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, boasting white sandy beaches and an abundance of exquisite fauna and flora.

Pringle Bay features the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO heritage site which supports over 1600 species of fynbos (150 of which are endemic to the area). Pringle Bay and its surroundings are largely unspoilt, offering a natural environment inhabited by rich birdlife and wildlife. Birding enthusiasts will be in their element spotting the vivid sunbird, sugar bird, and the African Black Oystercatcher while in Pringle Bay. Other animals you can expect to see in Pringle Bay include the Cape Clawless Otter, African Penguin, flamingo, Egyptian goose, guinea fowl, and the Southern Right Whale between June and December each year.
