"COTTAGE CABERNET" (Holiday Home in Constantia-The Vines):
Our fully under-floor-heated 80 sqm cottage has two bedrooms, both en-suite to the same bathroom. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a large shower cabin, a designer basin, a lovely corner bath, and a corner toilet. AirCon in all lining rooms and bedrooms. Separate guest toilet downstairs.
The granite-top kitchen is open plan to the lounge and fully equipped with high-quality appliances, such as a big fridge/freezer combo, induction stove, oven, extractor, microwave, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. There is a dining area with seating for five and a corner lounger in front of the 50" Smart TV. Private garden and spacious veranda/terrace with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. Garage parking.

"HIGHGROVE COTTAGE" (Holiday Home in Kirstenhof):
Our "Highgrove Cottage" is a 92 sqm semi-detached house in a quiet gated community close to a mall with many shops and restaurants. The lounge with brand new appliances and a fully fitted open-plan kitchen leads onto a terrace covered by a pergola and surrounded by a small garden. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms; the main has an en-suite bathroom with 2 single beds, and the other bedrooms (sharing the second bathroom next door) are equipped with a queen-size bed each. All bedrooms offer a lot of storage space in built-in cupboards. There is a guest toilet downstairs.
The standard occupancy is 4 people, but the cottage can accommodate an additional 2 people for a surcharge. Parking is next to the house inside the estate. Security service personnel operate a reception/front gate. Electric fencing is all around the property!

"COTTAGE CHARDONNAY" (Studio in Constantia-The Vines):
This beautiful and cosy 30 sqm apartment offers furnished self-catering accommodation for two people in a queen-size bed (top-quality mattress) and max. two children on a comfortable sofa bed.
The small cottage boasts one open-plan room design with a bedroom, an underfloor heated bathroom, a fully fitted kitchenette, sink, and a lounge/dining room with an Internet-linked 48" Smart TV. It leads to a private patio with a delightful small garden and dining area with a BBQ facility, sun loungers, and outdoor seating for four.

"JUNIOR-SUITE Pinotage" (Small Apartment in Constantia-The Vines):
Our 45 sqm apartment sleeps two in a double bed and 1 adult or max. 2 children on a comfortable sleeper couch. It has a private veranda and direct access to the big garden.

Our new 90 sqm apartment is on the first floor of the recently constructed double-storey building. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite with oversized walk-in showers, and one fitted with a charming free-standing bathtub. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (king-size, two separate mattresses in extra length).
The brand-new kitchen is open-plan to lounge and fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a big fridge/freezer combo, an induction stove, an extractor, a microwave oven, a sink, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The lounge and bedrooms are fitted with an Aircon-System. The lounge with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen has a big window and (3-meter wide) sliding doors and leads to a beautiful balcony. From here, our guests can enjoy an outstanding view of the garden/swimming pool and the mountain setting of the back slope of Table Mountain.

"JUNIOR-SUITE MERLOT" (Medium-sized Apartment in Constantia-The Vines):
Our 65 sqm apartment is positioned on the ground floor of the double-storey building. The fascinating 2-room apartment has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, bathtub, heater). The lounge with an open-plan kitchen has a big window and a sliding door (both 3 meters wide) and leads to a loggia offering a stunning view of the garden, including a swimming pool and the mountain setting of the back slope of Table Mountain. The kitchen has quality appliances, such as a big fridge/freezer combo, induction stove and extractor, microwave oven, and sink. The bedroom has a double bed (king-size, two separate mattresses in extra length) and a beautiful wooden wardrobe and sideboard. The lounge and the bedroom are air-conditioned.

"COTTAGE SAUVIGNON" (Holiday Home in Constantia-Deurdrif):
The perfect 220 sqm home for holidaymakers. It is set in a leafy garden with mountain views. It offers two bedrooms and an entrance hall leading to the open-plan lounge and dining area with a cosy fireplace. Modern kitchen with oven, gas hob/stove-combo, extractor, fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, and washing machine. Beautiful veranda with outside kitchen (incl. The Big Green Egg), dining table, and comfortable seating overlooking the swimming pool and garden. Family bathroom with walk-in shower, free-standing bath, and stylish basin. "COTTAGE CHENIN" (Small Holiday Home in Constantia-Deurdrif):
Our small 62 sqm cottage sleeps two in a king-size bed (182 cm width, 2 separate mattresses) plus one additional adult or two children on a comfortable sleeper couch (108 cm width, surcharge if used) in the lounge. 40" Smart-TV (Netflix SA, no DSTV). Fully fitted kitchen with high-quality appliances: gas hob, stove, microwave oven, big fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, coffee machine, cattle, sink, and a dining table for four. This cosy holiday home has its private entrance and is separated from the other accommodation units.
The stylish bathroom has a beautiful oval bath, walk-in shower, toilet, and basin. A sliding door leads onto a private 40 sqm patio with flower beds, a 4-seater table, and a luxury Weber Braai (no swimming pool!). This property has electric fencing, beams, and alarm contact all around. Parking is off-street behind the automatic gate.

"VILLA KARIBU" (Luxury Holiday Home in Tokai):
This charming 260 sqm holiday home has a spacious living room, fully fitted kitchen with quality appliances, open-plan to a lovely dining room, and two regular bedrooms, each en-suite with its bathroom, all on the ground floor of the double-storey building. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, 184 cm width), and its bathroom has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and heater. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, a cabinet with a basin and a heated towel rail. A third bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom is available upstairs (no additional bathroom). The washing machine and tumble dryer are next to the multi-purpose room.

"VILLA VERDOT" (Luxury Holiday Home in Kreupelbosch):
This charming 300 sqm holiday home has a spacious living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, 2 regular bedrooms, and one en-suite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and its bathroom has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and UV heater. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, a shower cubicle, and a cabinet with a basin. A big fridge/freezer-combo, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and 2 wine fridges are available. Cast iron fireplace in the living room.

"VILLA MALBEC" (Large Luxury Vacation Home in Constantia Airlie):
This charming 350sqm villa on a plot of almost 3,000 sqm has 2 living rooms, a fully fitted open plan kitchen, 5 regular bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (three en-suite), and a chic training and leisure room. Separate luxury office room. In addition, a covered entertainment area can be used directly next to the swimming pool.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, and the en-suite bathroom has a large shower cubicle and a long bath. The other 4 bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, 2 of which are en-suite to their bathrooms. The open kitchen impresses with its spaciousness, the high-quality gas stove and the sizeable double-door fridge/freezer combo. A washing machine and dryer are available and can be used for a minimum stay of 7 days.

The villa impresses with its style, characterized by the use of natural building materials, spacious living areas, and its embedding in a lush garden plot.

We request a Final Cleaning Fee (FCF) and a Refundable Damage Deposit (RDD).
All villas, cottages and apartments are serviced twice a week.

Area Information:

All of our holiday homes are situated in the wonderful green Constantia Valley, the oldest wine region of South Africa. This area, close to Table Mountain, has an excellent infrastructure with all amenities and a beautiful landscape with hiking trails. Close to private hospitals, e.g. Constantiaberg Hospital, and close to the best shopping facilities (e.g. Constantia Village, Constantia Emporium, Blue Route Mall), Steenberg and West Lake Golf Course, the Famous Cape Wine Routes and have excellent restaurants "around the corner". The beaches offer a lot of water sports as well. Downtown Cape Town with all its attractions, such as the Waterfront, museums and theatres, Cape Malay Quarter, Parliament, Companies Garden, the Cable Way, Markets, and and and.........you can reach in 15 minutes, and the list goes on....

Property Facilities:

An immaculate big private garden surrounds the well-appointed holiday homes of Constantia Cottages. Our guests can access a solar-heated swimming pool (not Cottage Chenin and HighGrove Cottage). Many lights illuminate the properties at night, and all units are alarmed inside and outside the buildings with beams, sensors and cameras and protected by the armed response. Secure off-street parking for one car per unit (some in garages).

We stayed at Villa Malbec from January until May this year. It is a spacious and luxurious house with a huge garden and a swimming pool heated by heat pumps. And our kids enjoyed the jungle gym.
We will definitely book this place again!

The Chef’s Warehouse restaurant at Beau Constantia was extraordinary. Tryn Restaurant at Steenberg, the Market Village and restaurants at Constantia Uitsig Estate and La Colombe restaurant, Hout Bay, were just outstanding. Great shopping village at Constantia Village.
