Eden Dunes 68 overlooks the Shelly Beach ski boat club and has easy access onto the beach.

So whether wanting to take a cooling dip in the ocean before relaxing on the beach, or a swim in the sparkling complex pool before lighting up the braai. This holiday destination is also perfectly situated for those who love to fish and will not disappoint. In front of the apartment there are communal braai's.

The apartment is open plan and inter leading. The well equipped kitchen and living area opens up onto a third room which features a dining room table as well as bunk beds for the kids. Both the spacious main bedroom and second bedroom also opens up onto the third room. The third room opens up onto a balcony where you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sea-views. In the mornings you will be able to enjoy the magical sunrises as well as the excitement of the fishermen launching their boats.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The ensuite bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. The second bathroom has a shower. In the unit there is a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. In the living room there is a sleeper couch allowing for two extra children. This apartment has WIFI.

Shelly Beach is also very popular for scuba diving, shark cage diving, deep-sea fishing and ski boat fun rides. Often dolphins as well as whales are sighted. It is a launching site for Protea banks, a world-famous dive site. The South Coast enjoys a warm subtropical climate and even the winters are mild. This complex is two minutes drive to Shelly Beach, South Coast Mall and also the Hospital.

Shelly Beach is known for its beautiful long white beach on the one side and a rocky beach on the other side extending to St Michaels Beach. The rocky beach is perfect for pottering around with kids. Swimming in these picturesque natural tidal pools is great fun. Day trips are the order of the day with the Wild Coast Sun, Oribi Gorge with its hair raising swinging bridge, or the crocodile farm are within easy travelling distance.
