The lounge and all 3 bedrooms have large glass and aluminum sliding doors leading out onto a spacious tiled patio, partially enclosed, on the sea facing side.

The open plan, modern and very stylish kitchen boasts granite tops, microwave, fridge, with built in ice maker and water dispenser, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a nook area seating six.

The lounge is styled with beautiful furniture, which includes seating for 6, a flat screen TV, Explora DSTV decoder and a Hi Fi system for your entertainment, as well as an air conditioner for your comfort.

Off the lounge, in the enclosed balcony, patio furniture seating six is provided, as well as a portable braai.

Bed linen is provided as well as bath towels, just bring your own swimming towels with.

There is a lockup garage and additional secure parking within a walled and gated courtyard.
