Welcome to 75 Loader Street,
Stylishly furnished this contemporary property is situated at the quieter end of the village.
The spacious ground floor living room with stylish grey leather sofas extends through to the fully fitted kitchen and dining area which is divided by a small guest washroom. In warmer weather you can open the French windows out onto the private court-yard making a great entertaining area. Small table, chairs and braai/BBQ are also located here.
A wooden painted staircase takes you upstairs; the air-conditioned master bedroom can be made up as a twin or king and has its own small balcony with views of the Village and compact en-suite bathroom with shower. The second air-conditioned bedroom has an luxury en-suite shower bathroom facing Signal Hill. The dividing corridor leads to a spiral staircase where you reach the roof deck with seating and a sun lounger to enjoy the great views of the City, Harbour and Signal Hill.
75 Loader is our "green property" and not just because the exterior paint is green! So what makes this property special?

•Hot water is generated by solar power.
•Low flow showerheads; saving approx. 60 litres of water per average shower.
•Dual flush toilets; can save 20% water.

De Waterkant Reviews
I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
