Centrally situated near major business hubs, shopping malls, convention centres, hospitals, theatres and restaurants, our convenient location cannot be equalled.
With 44 upmarket rooms and family units (some self-catering) and each with its own private entrance and a patio overlooking lush, rambling gardens, we have accommodation to suit every requirement. Free high-speed, fibre-optic Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public places. Each of the rooms contains a microwave, an honesty fridge, coffee- and tea-making facilities, a telephone, underfloor heating, a safe, an iron and an ironing board.
Inverters assure our guests of an uninterrupted power supply for ceiling lights, TV and electronic equipment. Air-conditioning is available in all Luxury and Superior rooms. The lodge breakfasts by the pool are legendary.
Dinner can be arranged daily from Monday to Thursday, please order by 17h00.

A stunningly beautiful property with gorgeous gardens, lawns and bird life. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil and completely serene - felt like it was out in the wilderness and not the city.The room I stayed in was magnificently decorated with complete attention to every detail and was fully equipped with absolutely everything I needed. Unbelievably clean, well kept and maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional.The room had a beautiful sleeping area, that opened onto a large private balcony with lovely overhanging trees making it secluded. The gorgeous bathroom had all the goodies one needs including a little manicure set and sewing kit too amongst other things.The kitchenette was lovely and surprising large. It was fully equipped with absolutely everything. My entrance was separate and quite private too, which I really liked.I have stayed at this B & B before and will definitely be back. It was my husband's first stay there and he absolutely loved it, especially chilling around the pool and lazing in the morning in our lovely airy open plan room.The room was incredibly open, beautifully decorated airy, well lit and very large.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and wish it had been longer. I am a frequent visitor to Johannesburg and I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. I am always greeted with a smile and by name by the most friendly and efficient staff and nothing is too much trouble for them. Every room I’ve stayed in has been perfect - the most comfortable beds, top quality bedding, well equipped room with everything I could possibly need - they even provide an umbrella in case of rain. Then there is the underfloor heating - so luxurious! I feel so comfortable and at home every time I visit.
The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Lovely trees, lush greenery and lots of flowers. Lots of birds enjoy the food put out for them in the area adjacent to the swimming pool and the bird songs in the morning are just delightful. Once in the grounds there is no traffic noise at all and it is in a gated community so it is very safe and secure.
The breakfast buffet as well as a full English breakfast to order is superb, always plentiful and delicious. The dining room is bright and most welcoming.
I absolutely recommend this wonderful B&B without any hesitation at all.
I have had the opportunity to stay in many B&B/Guest houses all over the world.
The Rivonia B&B is by far the best I have ever stayed in.
The friendly and helpful staff is probably what sets it apart from just another B&B.
Everything is done with a smile.
The meals they prepare are first class, breakfast and dinner. The rooms are spacious, very neat and cleaned daily.
The area is very tranquil, quiet and safe. You do not get the feeling you are in a big city.
The wi-fi speed is around 35mb/s
I can recommend the Rivonia B&B to anybody, whether you are here on business or holiday. It is an absolute pleasure to stay here!!
We enjoyed our three night stay which was very convenient to where we had to go. Excellent breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed our one evening when we had supper. We will definitely return when next in Joburg.

Rivonia is a quaint area - no hustle and bustle. Has everything you need within a walking radius.
Easy to get on and off the highways. Best thing about it, is that it is peaceful.
