KarooLife is situated in Queen Street in Calitzdorp, the Port Wine Capital of South Africa which is situated in the Western Cape on the now famous Route 62, the longest wine route in the world. It is also situated within one hour from the outstanding Cango Caves and the Garden Route. A short stroll to the wine estates and art galleries or relax at the outdoor pool, barbecue on sun terrace. Free secure private parking is available on site and rooms have air-conditioning.

Had a great stay at Karoo Life B&B. Excellent and friendly service, accommodation clean and spacious.

If you want a place to be left alone and get on with it, this is the place. The staff are there if you want but we as a family were given the top floor and it was great. A little balcony on both sides gives you a great view, and a place to work. And in the morning be greeted by a beautifully made and presented breakfast. The kids had flapjacks, that they had to take pics of. You can also just walk across the road for supper, or down the road for a light lunch/tea.

Nature and tranquility.
We were all pleasantly surprised on how beautiful the area around Calitzdorp are especially where we stayed at Matjiesvlei Cottages. There are three wine cellars with great restaurants which makes it worth your while to visit.
