What a wonderful stay with our 2 Yorkies.
It was absolutely amazing.
The friendliness and the room was spotless and we are so happy that we chose The Barracks.

We stayed at The Barracks after a long drive from Zimbabwe with our 2 small dogs. Mike and Annilise were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable it had everything we needed and the food cooked by Annilise was delicious. We would most definitely stop over there again. Linda Scott

Very comfortable accommodation. Owners are very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was super and just what one needs for the long trip ahead. We forgot our Thermos flask and on way home popped in and Mike was waiting at the gate to hand it over. Thanks so much!
We have enjoyed us stay tremendously. Warm and friendly welcome, beautiful and clean unit and the perfect enclosed garden to keep our dogs safe while giving them freedom to run around. We shall definitely stay there again.

Halfway stop between JHB and Cape Town, good restaurants, quiet and save town with SAP patrol all night long. safe undercover parking at the Garage motor Inn accommodation - 0713.537.537. Lots of History about the English and Boer War.
It is a quaint town with all the basics.
