We have a selection of different rooms to meet your requirements and style. Clients at the Battaleur property enjoy rooms having individual access to the gardens.The Villa style of Sekelbos offers pool & mountain views with terrific birdlife. In walking distance of the main shopping centre.

Area Information:Within 120Km or one hours drive you are able to visit The Kruger National Park ( 4 Km to the entrance and day visitors are welcome), Mopani, Letaba and Oliphants camps. Tzaneen, Magoebaskloof and Hoedspruit and Blyde Canyon areas.
Property Facilities:Wi FI .Swimming. Tennis. BBQ. Birdwatching. Sunbathing. Bush walks to the local hills or garden strolling amongst large specimens of Cycads, Palms and aloes.
Attractions:This is a sub tropical area and is surrounded by Game Farms, Sancturaries and specialised breeding of endangered species.
The Kruger National Park offers night and day driven safaris or walking safaris.
There are daily River Cruises on The Oliphants River to see Hippos and Crocs up close. PM cruises provide breathtaking sunsets.

The beauty and tranquility surrounds an immaculate Loerie Lodge Guest House in Phalaborwa. The lodge was situated in close proximity for our trips to the Kruger National Park and the boat cruise along the Oilfants River. My experience at the executive lodge far exceeded my expectations from the friendly staff, clean and affordable accommodation, down to the breakfast prepared to your preference. It was great to have a choice between a local restaurant meal or meals prepared by the lodge. I appreciated that our privacy was respected from the braai nights, to splashing out in the blue clear waters of their breath taking pool, and that unique touch to the secluded loungers for a well deserved sun tan. Both Dave and Marianne Chandler have truly graced us with their fantastic hosting skills. A place of stay that I would definitely recommend to any traveller. A true 'home away from home'.
