How to get a faster reply
Put the title or link of the article in your email, and keep to one topic per message. For a correction, say what the article currently states, what is right now, and add a link to the source. We update posts when the facts move, and a source lets us check the change quickly.
Reply time
We read every message and reply within a few working days. If your question is about a specific article, the reply will come from the writer listed on it or from the AfriStay team.
